New data released by AMSI has put the spotlight on indigenous educational disadvantage.  Newton Moore Senior High School is bridging the gap with interactive engineering and maths projects addressing 21st century challenges such as charging your mobile phone. A class of Noongar girls at Newton Moore Senior High School recently put their skills and projects on display during a visit from Local Elder, Dennis Jetta. Head of Maths and winner of the top 2017 Choose Maths Award, Ashley Stewart and student Lara spoke to the SBS.
